Terms And Conditions:

The owner request to pay for the total amount of the boarding fees during check in time, the grooming fees will
be charges when owner collect their pet. |
|
| 2. |
Owner would be informing to ensure that the pet send for boarding must be in good condition. The PETS MORE
SDN BHD is only provide a boarding service. We do not responsible for any unexpected health problem/reported
case or accidents happen in PETS MORE SDN BHD and on your pets. |

| 3. |
The owner is to be inform that your pet will be sent to the nearest veterinary clinic (according to the location of
branch) in case of emergency case occur to your pet at PETS MORE SDN BHD, and all the medical fees will be
bear by the owner itself. |

| 4. |
If the owner do not collect their pet at the checkout time without prior inform, PETS MORE SDN BHD will assume
that the owner has given up their pet at no cost, and PETS MORE SDN BHD reserve the right to sell or send the
pet to others without prior inform. |
|
| 5. |
Is to inform that the emergency contact person must aware of this boarding conditions, as he/she must be a
decision maker if emergency case occur. |
|
| 6. |
Owner is to inform that, the pet that bring for boarding must be at age 4 months and above, or being fully
vaccinated. |
|
| 7. |
PETS MORE SDN BHD only provide Science Plan / Eukanuba brand dry kibbles pet food, if the pet have any
special requirement on diet, owner will have to bring it along. |
|
| 8. |
All the pet that bring for boarding will place in the cage. |
|
| 9. |
PETS MORE SDN BHD reserved the right to terminate the boarding service at anytime/anyplace, and the balance
of the boarding fees will be convert into a cash voucher term and can't be refundable in cash term. Customer
can bring along this cash voucher to all of our outlet to exchange for accessories at same value or top up for
higher value accessories. |

| 10. |
Owner need to be pass back this agreement (customer copy) to PETS MORE SDN BHD when time to collect pet.
PETS MORE SDN BHD reserves the right to not entertain for any request if without this agreement. |

| 11. |
If owner authorized other people come to collect their pet, owner need to write an authorized letter(along with
owner's photocopy IC/PASSPORT, and authorized person's photocopy IC/PASSPORT.) along with this
agreement(customer copy ) pass to PETS MORE SDN BHD for security purpose, to prevent unwanted case
happen. |
